Tales of the Cocktail, the multi-day celebration of spirits in New Orleans has wrapped up its 11th annual celebration. The event, which took over the city, features more than 200 curated seminars, tasting rooms, spirited dinners, and competition and mixologists, brand ambassadors, and drinkers come together to learn, explore, and mingle.

Miami was well represented at Tales, with some of our best bartenders and spirits professionals poured drinks, created cocktails, and discovered new spirits and techniques.

The Broken Shaker‘s Gabriel Orta and Elad Zvi brought Broken Shaker to New Orleans for the New Orleans Bare-Knuckle Bar Fight at Jackson Brewery Bistro Bar.

Camille Austin of Hakkasan New York (formerly of Hakkasan Miami Beach) served up cocktails at Degas House for the D’Usse Cognac Culinary Experience.

The Regent Cocktail Club‘s John Lermayer went head-to-head with California’s Naomi Schimek at the Mandarine Napoleon Battle of the Sexes at Napoleon House.

The Miami Rum Renaissance Festival’s Robert and Rob Burr presented the Legends of Rum Meet & Greet Tasting at the Royal Sonesta Hotel.

Milagro Tequila ambassador Jaime Salas at the William Grant & Sons Cocktails in Film Festival at The Civic Theatre.
